The following actions items were identified at the conference:
Action Officer
a. Convert GS 14's and 15's from MLE to the P&TS
appropriate subcareer service designator.
b. Ensure that all ML positions in external P&TS
components are staffed by an OL officer.
c. Ensure that OL personnel serving in
external components are in ML designated positions.
d. Convert courier positions to Wage Board to
the maximum practical extent.
e. Recruitment - push CO-OP Program
