MEMORANDUM FOR:
SUBJECT: Membership - ORD Career Service Panel
25X1 A 1. Last year I appointed to the
Career Service Panel as a way to bring the views of non-supervisory
personnel into panel discussions and deliberations. In turn, these
representatives provide their peers with feedback on the functioning
of the panel. I believe this arrangement has been worthwhile and,
therefore, propose to continue it. In order to maintain a flow of
new ideas into the panel, I plan to appoint new members to the panel
periodically. In keeping with that plan, I would like you to serve
on the panel from 2 June 1975 to 7 June 1976 filling the position

2. Prior to the next meeting at 1330 hours on 2 June 1975,
you will be furnished with material which will prepare you to participate
in the. proceedings of the Panel.
