Service Panel
1. I wish to express my appreciation to you for serving on
the ORD Career Service Panel during the past year and to commend
you for the significant contributions that you made to the Panel.
You participated actively in its proceedings, convincingly pre-
sented the viewpoints of the non-supervisory personnel, and
responded to inquiries from your peers concerning the Career
Service Panel.
2. You can take pride in a job well done and in the fact
that I am well pleased with the benefits coming from broader
representation on the Panel and propose to continue, the procedure.
