The FMSAC Career-Service Panel (CSP) is satisfied from the preliminary reactions that there is general interest in a career enhancement program within FMSAC. There are several basic characteristics of the program that can be outlined at this time which were arrived at in two discussion sessions 'involving several FMSAC analysts. 2. The CSP will maintain general responsibility for the program. Tentative prerequisites for the program include a minimum of nine months in FMSAC and a grade range of GS-09 through GS-13. The program basically involves gaining experience in at least one Division other than the parent Division. The program will be tailored to fit individual requirements and will involve varied amounts of training. This training could include enroll- ment in QTR courses,, attendance at local universities or attendance at accredited academic courses offered at Headquarters as well as on-the-job training . Each Division Chief will ensure appropriate attention is provided to the program. 3. If you are interested in becoming more familiar with the details of the proposed career enhancement program, please submit your name on attached sheet t It is anticipated that there will be a group discussion based on the interest expressed sometime the week of 1f, June. 4.
