The ORD/MAG will then (1) compile a list of the information gained by these interviews, (2) send this list out to all ORD employees in a form of a rating sheet, and (3) ask the employees to rate these items in what they think is the order of importance. From these inputs, ORD/MAG expects to gain enough information to know what all ORD employees think is important to discuss or study. The members felt there was a real need for a program evaluation procedure. Discussion was held on the IG request for written customer evaluations. It was the decision of the Panel to continue with the study even though there are anticipated ORD organization and personnel changes. The Panel decided to continue the study and request that at the December meeting the ORD/MAG submit a preliminary report on one or more methods by which ORD can satisfy the need for product evaluations. A final report from ORD/MAG would be requested for the April 1977 CSP meeting depending on the requirements and the decisions of the new D/ORD. 6. The CSP then discussed the ORD/MAG Administrative Procedures I9 report. Some members felt that there was a need for an internal review of ongoing t*caand an evaluation of projects upon completion. The Panel decided to give n memorandum on their views of the report. ere asked to work on a draft and coor er mem ers as to what should go into the reply. The draft of the memorandum would then be discussed at the next CSP meeting. ACTION : Recommend to the D/ORD that the I l ?19 a m , 2- -b' 76, suggested proposals on the Establishment of ORD Management Advisory Group and the ORD/MAG Charter be approved and established. MAJORITY : Concurred with the following change and suggestions: a. General Notice No. 82, Establishment of ORD/MAG, paragraph 2, be revised to read: The -ORD/MAG (composed of five ORD "R" careerists) representation will be recommended by the ORD/CSP and appointed by the D/ORD for a one-year term.
