1. It is recommended that be
promoted from GS-4 to GS-5.
2. During his term of service with Analysis Division
25X1A9a ORD, has shown a consistent pattern of growth in
responsibility and knowledge. Starting as a security
clerk, has shown initiative in becoming a computer
25X1A9a operator. To accomplish this engaged in a 25X1A9a
program of self-study, on the job raining, andw foa rmal
ally 25X1A9a
course work. The, result is that fully
qualified and competent computer operator. has,
25X1A9a
again on his own initiat' ed on a self-study
25X1A9a program in programming. is being encouraged to
undertake formal studies in Computer i nce. In dis-
charging his duties as an operator, is not only y 25X1A9a
competent but is helpful to computer a providing
both explanations and assistance.
3. Because of his present responsibilities and his
potential for assuming, greater responsibilities, it is
recommended that be promoted to/GS-5.
