Spoke with Mr. Wheeler (House Un-American Activities) to see if we could get for Mr. 0 (0S0) translation of certain .-Polish documents regarding their espionage nets in the U.S. He informed me that 27 of the 45 documents were about to be published by the Committee, and that the translations of the remainder would be made available to us. 2. Mr. Houston and I conferred with Mr. Godfrey, of the Patent Section of the Claims Division, Department of Justice, regarding CIA copyright problems and possible legislative action in connection therewith. The problem is to be canvassed further throughout the Government by us. STATINTL 4.
