of the Eighty-first Congress.
2. Mr. Stacey Jones of Liberty Magazine called and spoke
with Mr. Houston re article he is writing concerning Gov't. investiga-
tions within the country re, loyalty and security programs. (See memo
for the files this date.)
3. W.L.P. spoke with Mr. Fossel (Office of Sen. Baldwin,
R.Conn.). See memo to I&S.this date.
4. In response to phone call from Mrs. Riley (Rep. O'Hara,
R. Minn.) informed her Hermannsburg, Germany was in the British Zone
with Hamburg the nearest Consulate.
