FRIDAY - 3 March 1950
1. Mr. iWk Management Officer, and I conferred with
Mr. Harrison, Mr. Beach and Mr. Mursell, of the Joint Congressional
Committee on Printing, regarding the establishment of a CIA printing
plant. The advisability of establishing such a centralized plant
was concurred in. It was further requested that CIA, GPO and State
Department attempt to reach an agreement as to the control of said
plant, and present the completed decision to the coranitte f or approval.
