1'. Staff meeting with the Executive regarding NSRB pro-
posals for reorganization of vital agencies.

3. Discussed u problems with Mr. George Wilson, Office
of Sen. Knowland, in connection with political implications arising
therefrom. Mr. Wilson suggests our approaching VA and FHA in connection
with the financing for the real estate development'at 0 in an
attempt to have these agencies finance only on an agreement that the
utilities would be placed underground. STATSPEC
4. Also discussed with Mr. Wilson problems arising out of
the House Appropriation Bill. He suggests direct approach to Senator
McKellar in writing seeking specific exemptions for CIA, and alerting
friends on the Committee as to our problem.
