ment proceedings against a CIA employee. Mr. was

2. On 8 August Mrs. Humphries, of the office of Congressman Jenison,
called to state that she had received a letter from a
who stated that a Mr. of CIA had subleased her apartment. Subse-
quently his check in the sum of $125 for rent bounced and she received an $81 telephone
bill. She wished to bring Congressional attention to the fact that this man was a crook
and not deserving of Gov't employment. The matter was called to the attention of I&S
