I informed him that Mr. Dulles was handling the matter personally
with the Department of Justice and would be the only person who could
STATINTL pass on this question, partic la to the time factor of possible
grand jury proceedings in thsease. I recommended that he
seek guidance from Mr. Dulles on this point.
