the security violation which occurred on 21 April, which was caused
by a staff member of OSI leaving a highly classified Restricted Data
document in the hearing room of the Joint Congressional Committee
on Atomic Energy. I informed that the Watch Officer called
me on 21 April to state that Mr. Borden, Executive Director of the
staff of the Joint Committee on Atomic Energy, had called him to state
that the document had been left and had been secured by Mr. Borden
for the night. I told I that after failing to reach Dr. Chadwell
I had gotten in touch with
