Senator McMahon, Chairman of the oint Con rGessional
Committee on Atomic Energy, informed Mr. Pforzheimer of
his great concern a the Associated Press had knowledge of
the second Russian atomic bomb explosion 48 hours prior to
release of the information by the White House. The Senator
does not know where the leak originated.
