Through an informal arrangement, the Foreign Broadcast
Information Branch is at present furnishing your office with
certain foreign radio broadcast information not otherwise
published or disseminated. Instructions recently received
from the Central Intelligence Group require that all standing
orders or requests for special distributions which are now on
record with the Foreign Broadcast Information Branch and which
have not been formalized through the Office of Collection and
Disseminations Central Intelligence Group, be handled in this
fashion henceforth: If your office desires to continue to
receive the present special distribution after June 15, 1947,
it will be necessary to submit a written request for this
special distribution to the:
