KNOCHE The Directcr will administer the oath of office for Deputy Director of Central Intelligence to Mr. Knoche in a ceremony to be conducted outside the main entrance to the Headquarters building on Wednesday, 7 July. The ceremony will begin at 11:30 A.M. with a selection by the Keynotes, followed by re- marks by the Director and administration of the oath. Certain reserved seating, will be arranged on the steps leading to the main entrance for senior Agency officials. All other Agency employees are invited and are encouraged to gather in the area in front of the main entrance to observe this important Agency event. In the evert of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held in the Auc.itorium. Seating will be on a first-come, first- served basis.
