on the Soviet Union is the past year. Miss Collier said they have
numerous requests come in from the constituents of Senators and
Representatives and they would like to be able to fill these requests.
Miss Collier is located in the Foreign Affairs Division in the Main
Library of Congress. In the future she would like to have the Library
of Congress put on distribution for the Director's speeches. This is
