A. La 1948, when travelling to the United States. AJSZL used
a passport which had been issued in 1947 to Andrew
KAYOTLS. a naturalised U. S. citisen of Lithuanian origin.
KA YOTLI travelled to Poland and subsequently Lithuania in
1947 where he WAS know to be in a hospital in. 1949-1950.
LA YOTIS has not returned to the United States and is pre-
?unied to be deed: ABEL claimed that hi had purchased
KA YOTIfil? passport in Copenhagen and had substituted his
photograph for KAYOTISI. ABEL provided no explaration
for the change in the place of birth an the passpot:t from
Lithuania to Latvia..
