SUBJECT: Representation on the OL Space Committee
1. As you will recall, we are charged with the
responsibility of pulling together a strategic plan to cover the
Agency's space needs over the long term. This plan will be
presented to the DDA some time in the first part of June. It
will also be presented to the Comptroller and the Executive
Committee in the latter part of June or July. The OL Space
Committee, chaired by is preparing this strategic
plan. There are several OL members of the Space Committee in
addition to Bill.
2. It would be most useful if you were to designate an
individual from your respective offices to serve on the committee
to provide your input into the communications and the security
factors to be incorporated into our plan. Would ou lease
