Dear Richard:
As you are already aware, we are holding our annual Office
of Logistics Conference this year on 16 and 17 May 1988. This
year's theme is "Customer Service," a topic upon which you can
certainly speak with authority and firsthand knowledge.
I would like to invite you to address our conference this
year. Your presentation to last year's attendees was truly a
highlight of the conference. We have set aside a period from
1100 to 1200 hours, on Monday, 16 May, for your presentation.
Deputy Chief of Facilities Management Division
(FMD), will meet you, Mr. Caras and Mr. Heinen at National
Airport on the morning of the 16th and transport you to the
conference. Of course, we hope that you will be our guests at
lunch immediately following your presentation.
