SUBJECT: Adjustment of Prior Year Obligation
1. Action Requested: The Of ogistics (OL)
25X1 requests authorization to obligate of FY-87 funds for
the design and construction of a jogging track.
25X1 2. Background: During FY 87, OL obligated for
the design and construction of the Headquarters Compound
Jogging Track and the installation of a fence on Saville Lane.
The original proposal has been slightly modified to accommodate
citizens' concerns. Final contract estimates exceed our
25X1 original projections by . This contract has been
reviewed by the Contracting Officer, the Procurement Management
Staff, OL; and the Logistics and Procurement Law Division, OGC,
who have determined that these modifications do not alter the
scope of the original contract. As the original project cost
was underestimated, based on preliminary information, your
approval is requested to utilize FY 87 funds to meet t
