SUBJECT: Audit of PHIS
1. I have reviewed the audit report, prepared by the Office of the
Inspector General, of FBIS covering the period 1 July 1986 to 30 April 1988.
I an pleased to learn that your office has put underway the necessary action
to implement the eleven recommendations set forth in the report.
2. Please advise me, as well as the Deputy Inspector General for Audit
per his instruction, when these issues are resolved and explain the action
you took in satisfying them.
