SUBJECT: FBIS Participation in CT Program
1. This is to remind FBIS managers that it remaing FBIS policy
to actively participate in the Agency's Career Trainee Program. The
external CT program is being reduced in response to budgetary
restrictions, but the internal program is being emphasized to take up
the slack.
2. I suggest that you review FBIS Notice dated
10 September 1986, which provides information on criteria for
of candidates and procedures for applying, as well as
which describes the program. Senior supervisors should
ear in mind their responsibility for identifying candidates for the
program as part of the career development of promising employees and
remain receptive to requests from qualified employees to apply to the
program.
