SUBJECT: Procurement Delegation
1. This is to confirm telecon coordination with on
6 December 1988 for FBIS Logistics to purchase four each , V- , from
Commart Distribution, Edgewater, Maryland. Urgency was due to power upgrade
middle of January 1989 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, Africa. Cost is in the amount
of $2,300.00 for a quantity of four modems.
2. Commart Distributor is the only company in the immediate area who
could provide the modems required for compatibility, and who could meet our
timeframe.
