25 November 1988, that Chief, Hong Kong Bureau, FBISI I be
given Delegation of Authority to procure two (2) receive only satellite
antenna systems. Each system consists of an antenna dish, receiver and low
noise amplifier. The system is necessary in support of receiving the
Xinhua news service. The source selected is the sole provider of this
equipment and the equipment is identical to that which is used by the
Xinhua news service. Total cost for both systems is approximately $11,000.
