Thank you for your recent letter concerning the
meeting on 23 March.
As I have explained to by telephone,
our Alumni Office has had to reshuffle my speaking schedule
in such a way as to require my presence in Houston on March 23.
I greatly regret the conflict that will prevent me from attend-
ing the session with you. I hope very much that I shall have
another opportunity to be with you and to share some thoughts
regarding the Agency's work.
