RE: NSDD-84 Proposed New Executive Order
Attached are copies of the proposed Executive order
to govern access to classified information that has now been
forwarded to the President along with transmittal documents
asking that he resolve the five remaining issues before the
OMB clearance process begins. I would remind all of you that
these materials are internal Executive branch documents that
should not be disseminated outside the Executive branch.
