:Recently, representatives from this Agency's Office of .
Training and Education (OTE) and our Security Education Staff
(SES) met with Special Agents within your analytical unit (CI-3B)
to outline areas of mutual interest in producing a.
counterintelligence training/awareness film.
The meeting resulted in an agreement to allow OTE
_representatives to review. current FBI video tapes, films,
photographs, and other pertinent materials detailing actual case
histories where Americans have been recruiteo by foreign
intelligence Services in the United States.
The resulting CI video will become tne property of ootn our
agencies and each will nave full access to use tne film in any
educational or awareness briefings deemed appropriate.
The cooperation of your CI-36 staff and tneir willingness to
snare important audio-visual data will contribute greatly to tne
success of this project. Tneir efforts are greatly appreciated.
