1. Last month you approved a recommendation to add new members to the
Military Advisory Panel. We have contacted General Edward C. ("Shy") Meyer,
and he has agreed to serve. Attached for your signature is a letter extending
your personal invitation to him to join the Panel.
2. We have also contacted General Vessey and Lieutenant General
Abrahamson. Both are interested but have not yet given us their final
?decisions.
