Dick Lehman met with Ambassador Little, Chairman of the
Human Resources Committee, on Friday, April 8th. Ambassador
Little was not enthusiastic about a FOCUS exercise on third
country reporting from He particularly wishes to
see how productive the similar study ono turns out.
Ambassador Little agreed that was not a fit
subject. Do you have any other suggestions; we need seven
or eight more countries for the calendar year.
