NOTE FOR: D/DCI/NI
CIA/DDI components (specifically, OER's Trade and Aid people) have
been using these reports to publish in the NID, and a draft is in process
now on the subject of Soviet, Chinese, and other communist aid to the
Zimbabweans and Mozambique. I'd suggest this might make
could call attention to. The subject does not seem, at
this juncture, to call for a full-blown Community assessment, but I agree
we need to keep an eye on it.
