TRANSPORTER-LOADER AND TWO OTHER UTILITY TRUCKS ARE ON THE
PAD. THIS ACTIVITY IS SIMILAR TO THAT OBSERVED AT THIS
FACILITY PRIOR TO LAUNCHES IN OCTOBER 1982 AND JULY 1983. (SWN)
