HAS BEEN SEEN AT CRUISE MISSILE TESTING FACILITIES. LAUNCH PAD
1 HAS BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THE LAND-BASED TESTING PHASE OF THE
SS-NX-22 ANTISHIP CRUISE MISSILE PROGRAM WHICH ENDED IN EARLY
