CLOSELY FOLLOWS THE OBSERVATION OF DEPARTURE PREPARATIONS FROM
LENINGRAD SHIPYARD BALTIC ORDZHONIKID 189 ON 25X1

GRAVING DOCK AT KRONSHTADT FOR FINAL FITTING OUT AND MINOR HULL
MAINTENANCE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FOR INITIAL SEA TRIALS. KEEL
BLOCKS HAVE BEEN POSITIONED IN THE LARGE GRAVING DOCK, AND IT
IS BEING FLOODED TO ACCEPT THE CRUISER. (SWN)
