1. SIGNIFICANCE: THIS LAUNCH SITE WHICH HAD BEEN REPORTED AS
EXTERNALLY COMPLETE IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: EXCAVATIONS HAVE BEEN DUG FOR THE LAUNCH PAD AND THE
LAUNCH APRON. THE PROPELLANT TERMINAL POINTS HAVE BEEN
INSTALLED SUGGESTING THAT THE PROPELLANT LINES ARE COMPLETE.
CURRENT ACTIVITY AT THE LAUNCH SITE INDICATES THE SITE IS IN
THE LATE STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION AND IS NOT AN OPERATIONAL
SITE. LAUNCH SITE 2 HAD BEEN CONSIDERED TO BE EXTERNALLY
COMPLETE (SWN)
