SIGNIFICANCE: A PROPELLANT LOADING OPERATION IS IN PROGRESS. (SWN) 2. REMARKS: THE SILO DOOR IS OPEN, AND AN SS-19 MISSILE CANISTER IS VISIBLE IN THE SILO. TWO FUEL MULTISYSTEM PROPELLANT TRANSPORTERS (MSPT) ARE NEAR THE OPEN SILO. ONE OF THE FUEL MSPT IS CONNECTED TO A PROPELLANT TRANSFER VEHICLE BY A HOSE, AND A SECOND HOSE EXTENDS FROM THE TRANSFER VEHICLE INTO THE SILO COMPLETING THE FUELING HOOK-UP. SIX ADDITIONAL PROPELLANT SUPPORT VEHICLES ARE AROUND THE SILO, AND AN OXIDIZER MSPT IS ON THE APRON TURNAROUND. THE LAST LAUNCH TO OCCUR FROM THIS SILO, IN SEPTEMBER 1983, RESULTED IN AN INFLIGHT FAILURE. (S/DG/767-83).
