The agreed interpretation when determined by the IAC will be dissemi- nated. D. Composition and Organization The Watch Committee will be comr~osed of a Senior Official represent- ing each IAC organization, one of whom will be designated by the~IAC as Chairman for a sbecified period. The Committee will be supported ~n a full-time basil by an Indications Center, headed by a Director to be provided by CIA. and consisting of an administrative Secretariat and an Indications Group. Each IAC Agency will provide one Senior Intelligence Officer and such addit~.onal personnel as it considers necessary to dis- charge its portion of the Indications Center4s duties (Chart in Appendix) ~. Duties 1. The ~~datch Committee, in fulfilling the responsibilities implicit in its Mission and Functions, will:- a. meet in The Indications Center regularly and on special oc- casions when requested by one or more of its members b. arrange through the IAC or any member thereof-for exploitation of every domestic and foreign source of indications intelligence.
