the Career Intelligence Medal in recognition of your superb service with
the Central Intelligence Agency. As you are aware, this medal is awarded
only to those persons who have made an outstanding contribution to our
mission. From my own experience, I can certainly vouch for the quality
and value of that contribution. You should rightfully feel proud of your
service with the U.S. Government. Congratulations!
