The EIC representatives of the USIB Agencies concurred, by
interim action on 12, November 1959 in the recommendations contained
In EIC -D-403.
An stated in the referenced document, the Electronics and
Telecommunications Subcommittee will appoint a working groups con-
sisting of a member from the Arrn:/. NSA, and CIA, to write an intro-
duction for the paper to update and, where appropriate, adjust the data
contained in the original contribution, and to prepare the contribution
for EIC review prior to publication. When completed and approved
this study will be published as a Subcommittee Report.
