The Committee considered the above subject and agreed, with the exception of the Army, to recommend that the ARGON mission presently scheduled for 28 September be postponed, and in its stead a CORONA mission be substituted. 2. It was understood that the COMOR representatives would see to it that their principals were briefed. 3. The Committee also agreed that if the ultimate decision was to use a CORONA mission on 28 September, COMOR's programming advice should be the same as currently applicable, namely, that all available film would be concentrated on the USSR and Western European Satellites exclud- ing Indochina.
