1. The COMOR approved COMOR-D46 on the above subject as
amended. It is issued in its final form as COMOR-D46/1.
Missile Target List
Z. The Air Force. proposed that the COMOR assemble a list of
suspected missile targets (regardless of the validity of the reasons for the
suspicion) to ensure that when satellite photography over .the USSR is availa-
ble the PIs will have these suspected sites called to their- attention and thus
be able to confirm or deny them as missile sites.
