Report on Pending Actions on the Control
and Release of TAINT-KEYHOLE riateria
1. The attached report was prepared for zees by 25)1
as I felt that the actions described therein have been pending for too long.
USIB actions are involved, specifically USIB-D-41. 12/11, but there is
also a burden on CC CR and IBSEC.
2. In my opinion the attached memorandum is a fair resume
of where actions are and what needs to be done, but at this point in time
I feet it is too complicated a paper to send forward to the DCI. It is
Iy suggestion, therefore, that both addressees peruse it aced that we
meet in the near future to discuss whether we agree with the summary
of the situation and have any ideas as to what actions should be taken
to put these various security, control, release, and relaxation matters
back on the road.
