1. The Chairman provided a progress report to date. In the course
of this report he commented on certain of the hazards already met. He
further presented a brief prognosis of operations,
2. The Chairman discussed mission report dissemination and asked
that those members of the Committee who felt a need for the report so advise
Intelligence Officer,
3, The Chairman expressed his concern over the large number of
targets presently on file with the operational group. The Project Intelligence
Officer stated that these targets were about evenly divided between top priority
and a regular priority on the basis of several different sets of standards. The
chairman urged that the group consider a higher degree of selectivity with the
view of identifying from 50 to 60 top priority/vital targets in accordance with
the provision of BCID 4/5. He pointed out that the nature of these targets
