Typhoon Photography -- Equipment and Specifications
In an effort to expedite the exploitation and
analysis of typhoon photography, and at the same time
improve read-out, the following recommendations are
submitted for your immediate consideration:
a. That only configuration Al be used, all
cameras included.
b. That the 6 inch cameras be set for 90% over-
lap.
That the 21+ inch rocking camera be set for
60% overlap.
d. That the tracker be set for 60% overlap.
e. That the field track showing approximate
position, time and name of typhoon be furnished
with each flight.
