Z. As stated in the document at Tab A, DIA reported later that the Secretary of Defense had accepted the USIB requirement for weekly coverage of the entire island of Cuba. In that connection the Chairman, COMOR, was asked at that time to consider and report on means for developing the afore- cited improved procedures. 3. COMOR has reported, in response thereto, that it has CA 41111110d the current procedure, looking toward amendments which would make the collection more effective. On the basis of that review, COMOR bas advised that it proposed some minor amendments in the procedure which the COMOR Target Working Group will effectuate in coordination with DIA, the agency responsible for direct liaison with the SAC on ibis matter.
