MEMORANDUM FOR: Committee on. Overhead Reconnaissance
SUBJECT: Proposal for Continuation of Low-Level
Photography of Cuba
The attached document on the above subject is distributed
for information and reference. It was prepared in pursuance of
instruction from the United States Intelligence Board at its special
meeting on 14 February. The members of the COMOR on the
morning of 15 February reported the concurrence of their principals
with the document as presented herewith. The AEC and the FBI
