1. The Board approved the procedures relating to the sanitizing
of TALENT information proposed by the Ad Hoc Working Group (TCS-2636-58).
It was agreed that copies of all previously published sanitized reports
will be placed on file with HTAUTOMAT (HTA) within the next two weeks.
2. It was agreed that another meeting of the UAB Ad Hoc Working
Group would be held in Room 353 Admin. at 10:00 on Tuesday, 11 February
1958.
STATSPEC
I.. described the results of the meeting held at
HTA to discuss he problem of preparing town plans using TALENT informa-
tion. It was apparent from the meeting that all agencies were interested
in the problem, but that their needs, both as to security and content,
were widely different. Each of the Services was asked to designate not
more than two representatives to meet further with for de-
tailed working-level discussions of the problem.

5. The Chairman described some of the preliminary work that
teas being done in CIA to develop a capability to produce a larger
volume of sanitized reports.
