1. The Army Member of the Board requests authority to utilize
material contained in Special Photographic Intelligence Report Rio.
SPIR-3 57, subject: "The Port of Durres, Alba.-iia," in partial satis-
faction of an SRI originating in the Office of the Chief of Engineers,
U. S. Army. This SRI seeks information to be used in a forthcoming
Engineer intelligence study concerning the port of DURRES.
2. Cited material is inclosed for appropriate review in the form
of comments on DA Form 1598 (Inclosure 1) and supporting sketch (In-
closure 2).
3. Sanitization is deemed feasible in view of the existence of
collateral ground photography of recent date on file at the CIA
Graphics Register.
It is requested that the inclosures be returned to this office
after review.
