SUBJECT: Special Request Utilization Two Frames
TALENT Photography
1. The following sanitization request is made in an effort

with a team from OSI/USAF.
2. The two select pieces of TALENT material to be
utilized will undergo the following sanitization procedures:
a. Vertical photographs, cropped and enlarged
with all fiducial markings removed. Focal length
not disclosed. Year not specified. Scale 1:10, 000 to
1:11, 000. Reproduction will be of a 9 x 9 format with
no reference to TALENT or CHESS.
b. Classification: The classification of the two
prints, although SECRET NOFORN, will be contained
one each in three booklets only, these booklets will
contain certain GX and other CIA photography maps and
The three booklets will be classified
TOP SECRET and continuous receipts will be required.
One copy will be disseminated to the D/DCI; one copy
to the Director of Security and one copy to the USAF
for DI/USAF.

3. Mr. HTA employee, has materially
assisted in the debriefing and as a result we have profited by
certain information derived from the sources.
4. I heartily recommend the sanitization requested
above be approved. A copy will be filed in the Sanitization -
HTA/UAB file.
