MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Secretary, Utilization Advisory Board
1. Permission is hereby requested to pass the "sanitized"
version of the attached P. I. Memo to the SR Division for their
study and subsequent transmittal to those SR persons overseas
handling this particular case.
2. Pages one and two of HTA/M10/58 describe how the analysis
was prepared; it seems to be in agreement with existing TALENT
sanitization procedures. The annotated maps mentioned in the
analysis are readily available sheets reflecting only-
escape route. They do not contain TALENT derived information.
